The Birth Chat of Gainesville  group offers a place for women to come together to discuss concepts, questions, philosophies and techniques surrounding natural labor and birth. We have an active Facebook group and meet in person once monthly. 

Our amazing birth center is complete with all the luxuries of a high end spa, including a breath taking birth tub! Our licensed midwives provide client driven care with birthing options for those desiring a natural childbirth experience. Our birth team has a close working relationship with local medical professionals should a need arise.

The Midwives Cooperative is a group of Midwives working together to provide family centered maternity care for birth in the comfort of your own home. We offer compassionate, individualized care that encompasses your entire family, and is flexible to your needs.

Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding USA - North Florida Chapter provides evidence-based information and support, and promotes breastfeeding as the biological and cultural norm. We accomplish this through a network of accredited breastfeeding counselors and comprehensive resources for the benefit of mothers and babies, families, and communities.  We provide face-to-face, phone and email mother-to-mother support for all of North Central Florida.

Our Mission is to help mothers worldwide to breastfeed through mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information, and education, and to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of the baby and mother. At La Leche League of Gainesville, we hope to provide a nurturing community for new moms as they navigate the beautiful, challenging journey of breastfeeding their young babies. If you are pregnant or nursing, we would love to meet you.
