Infant CPR & Safety Class

Learn to prevent emergencies and be ready when they happen.

Learn practical ways to make your baby’s environment safer while building the skills to respond when something goes wrong. This hands-on class covers everyday safety, CPR, choking, first aid, and more.

Learn the skills before you need them.

This class is about keeping your little one safe and knowing what to do if something goes wrong. We’ll look at common risks at home, in the car, around water, and during sleep, along with practical ways to prevent accidents before they happen.

You’ll also get hands-on practice with CPR, choking response, and basic first aid. CPR and First Aid are taught to American Heart Association standards, with time to practice the skills yourself and get your questions answered.

Babies change quickly, and so do the safety concerns families encounter as they grow. We’ll help you think through some of those everyday situations before you’re figuring them out with a new baby in your arms.
